Sorry for the delay in answering. I leave at 4:45 am on Tuesday and don't get home until about 1:00 pm. I found the record. I had attached it with another document. I've separated the two documents and re-entered them, along with a new document. The Will of John Justice. Also, did you have any family in King William County, Virginia? I found a Rent Roll for Justinian Justis for 200 acres in Charles City County, Virginia but on the previous page there is a Charles Yancey for 100 acres in King William County. Is that party of your family?
