Seems like I found my ancestor's indexed baptismal record on FS. Mother's and father's name look right. Given day and month differ slightly from what I knew. It's Franc Josephus Leopoldus Weeber born in May 1815. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:DQM5-V1PZ

You need to fill out a document "Family History Library Records". Enter: https://www.familysearch.org/en/family-history-library/family-history-library-records-look-up-service Scroll to the bottom of the page "Request Lookup", fill out the form, "Family History Library Remote Access Services Request" .
