I someone has two names, how would I go about adding the second name in Family Search?

Do you mean two first names? Or, a first and then a middle name? Can you share the names? What I would do is put the name that he is usually found in records as his first name, and then you can add an alternate name on the Details page by clicking on Add Information found in Other information and click on the first item which is "Alternate Name."

Whereas; IF, it is more a case of Different, "Full"; or, "Partial", Birth; Census; Marriage; Death; or, whatever, names, in LEGAL Documents; then, that can be a little more 'tricky' ...

I have an Male Ancestor who has THREE (x3), separate; and, distinctly, DIFFERENT (both, Given; and, Last names), "Legal" names ...

One for ... Birth
One for ... Marriage
One for ... Death

Not to mention the one for ... Christening/Baptism

I have him listed with, ALL Three (x3) names, in the "Name" 'Field' in the "Vitals" Section; and, ALL Three (x3) names were/are, "Printed" on his "Card" for "Temple" Work.

I gathered/figured that, we would use ALL Three (x3) names, for the "Temple" Work; and, that he could then choose which one he preferred ... 'free agency' on his part, beyond the "Veil".

But that may be just me ...

I don't know the intent of the original question, but it does make me wonder about the Hispanic people who have 2 surnames. Any ideas?

If someone has two surnames, they should be included in the surname field. I just did a quick search for an example, knowing that there had to be examples using the search "Juan Lopez". I found LZZ3-P6V who is Juan Leonardo Lopez Martin. His name is entered correctly, with "Juan Leonardo" in the First Names field, and "Lopez Martin" in the Last Names field.
Note that this is a proper usage of the Last Names field -- the person was actually known at birth with the last names of "Lopez Martin". But that field should not be used to combine maiden and married names. For example, Camilla Eyring Kimball was born as Camilla Eyring, and so her Last Names field should simply be "Eyring"; then an alternate name of type "Married Name" could document the married name "Camilla Kimball".
