Requesting help translating a German Record from the 1800s
Hello,
I would like to request a translation of an old German record from the 1800s. It is in Kurrent Script and is concerning an individual named Apollonia Metzmeier. There is a note at the bottom of the page underneath an entry for another person. This other entry can be skipped I would appreciate translation of the entry for Apollonia Metzmeier and the note at the bottom of the page that is connected to her entry with an arrow. If possible I would appreciate a German transcription and english translation.

Baden, in the year 1814, 27 January 6 p.m. was born and on the 28th of the same month and year 3 p.m. was baptized by Mr. Joseph Mutz (or Muty?), currently chaplain here: a girl named Apolonia, legitimate daughter of Joseph Metzmeier, citizen and farmer in Baden Gunzenbach, and his wife Magdalena née Schmitt. The witnesses present at the baptism were Joseph Sulger, sacristan at the local parish church, and Johannes Jörger, local citizen and farmer in Thiergarten.
