Here's a translation from Ukrainian for you. These archives are based in Ukraine and many of the archivists do not speak English, and thus all correspondence is in their native language.
We would like to inform you that in the metrical books of the birth of citizens in the Holy Assumption Church of the Nativity of Christ in Tulchyn, Bratslav district, Podolia gubernia (province), as well as the Tulchyn Roman Catholic Church for 1888, no birth record for Klasovska Sophia Michailovna was found. At the same time, in the birth metrical books of the Church of the Holy Assumption in Tulchin in 1887, there is a record dated 26 May 1887 for a birth dated on the 28 November 1886 in Tulchin for Sophia Michailovna Muntyanova (fond D-904, opis 35, file 133, 144-145 (not sure what those last two abbreviations - арк., зв. stand for, but this is essentially citing the archival call number for the record they mentioned).

Thank you. Sophia Muntyanova is the wrong person. Sophia's maiden name was Klassovsky.
