Need help with what kind of hospital this is? (1892)
Hi:
I have two records for the same person: the baptism record with the added burial date & the burial record.
Eva Katharina, daughter of Johann Philipp Gross, was 18 when she died in a hospital.
Context: 1892 in Neuenheim, Germany. Back then people didn’t go to hospitals.
Two different words are used to describe the hospital. Since they are different & not capitalized, I assume they refer to the kind of hospital.
Maybe the baptism record refers to an academic or teaching hospital.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thank you!
