Need help finding a baptism record in Lower Saxony

I am looking for the evangelical baptism record for Wilhelm Ludwig Vorlop, born abt. 1795, Oelber am weissen Wege, Wolfenbüttel, Lower Saxony. Arcinsys Niedersachsen Bremen (https://www.arcinsys.niedersachsen.de/) has parish records, but it looks like you have to view them in person at the archive. Are these records digitally available anywhere else?
