Strange Latin phrase.
In the obituary of Jacobus Schimberg there seems to be a strange sentence Just after his name, and before the name of his wife,Marguerite Difson. The sentence seems to be isolated from the rest of the obituary by :/... /:, and is resisting the google translator, but as far as i can interpret; "Juin semper Bonus pater familias et ??spideur in frequentandi sacramenti, obus que ,,.... divinas." So the only thing i can read is "June always good sheperd of the family and....."

I did not find creeds like this in other entries in this book, to compare. Thanks in advance for the work.

Hello Adrien,
I read: "fuit semper bonus pater familias et assiduus in frequentandi sacramentii, aliisque officiis divinis"
Translation: He was always a good father of the family and was assiduous in attending the sacraments and other divine services.
