Güther Gemeinschaft (Gütergemeinschaft in modern spelling) is a judicial term that means that all assets in a marriage are the joint property of both spouses. If a couple decides at marriage that they don't want to enter Gütergemeinschaft, they are in Gütertrennung, which means that each spouse is responsible for the management of his or her property and remains the owner of both the property acquired by him or her prior to the marriage and the property acquired by him or her during the continuing marriage.
The maiden last name of Anna Christina is Storch.
