Your questions:

2nd column bottom: what is the word before 3: That word is the abbreviation "Nachm." = Nachmittag = afternoon. So the burial took place in the afternoon at 3:00 pm.

Franz Adam's occupation: His occupation is a hyphenated word split over two lines: the first part of the word might be "Bezirks" which means "district". I am unable to decipher the second part of the word which looks like "g_____ter".

Last column: buried what is the rest of that column: "Beerdigt durch Dekan D. Hünig" = Buried by Dean D. Hünig [or possibly: Hönig].
