That word is actually an abbreviation: vorm. = vormittags = in the morning (literally: before midday).
So "vorm. 10 Uhr" = 10:00 am.

You're welcome, Martha. The word "nachmittags" literally translates as "after midday" and means "in the afternoon", so the time would be marked with pm. For example: nachtmittags 4 Uhr = 4:00 pm.
