and translation:
Monday, 26 [December 1692]
Mr. Johann Heinrich Gabler, doctor of both laws (Juris Utriusque Doctor) and syndic of the imperial city of Frankfurt and his wife Anna Margaretha: a son, [named] Friedrich Erasmus. Sponsors: Mr. Johann Erasmus Seifart von Klettenberg, doctor of both laws (J.U.D.), juryman and council member as well as current senior mayor, in his own person and in behalf of Mr. Friedrich Binder, real imperial high councillor in Vienna.
Has been baptized at home by Mr. Johann Daniel Arcularius, doctor of theology and Senior of the Preacher's Ministry.
My comments:
This is quite a collection of dignitaries!

Some abbreviations are not fully clear to me. Tit: is obviously a placeholder for the titles of these eminent people, which are not all mentioned; as such it becomes a honorary title itself. Hub seems to indicate "Baptismal sponsor"; I don't know how it derives. Com: Palat: Cas: may be the abbreviation of a court. p.t. means "pro tempore" = currently.

Ulrich, Thank you so much! so does (Tit.) mean that they had a title?
This same Johann Heinrich Gabler was in Speyer at one point before this and rescued the documents of the city when the French(?) tried to burn it down. :) Erasmus went on to be Mayor of Frankfurt and then the family went to Worms and were on the city council. After that I'm not sure what happened, but my gg-grandfather, Philipp Heinrich Gabler ended up as a Furrier in NYC in the 1850s.
Thank you so much,
Holly
