Marriage record for Conrat Weigell and Lehna [Leinweber?]. 2nd entry from bottom of left page. I can read part of the record but I'm uncertain if I have Lehna's father's name right. This is what I read:
"Conrat weigell [hl] Johannis Weigels relictus filius celebrat nuptias cum lehna [wiland] des ehrsßamen [Justi?] leinweber [alhier?] relicta Filia d[??] 9 Octobris."
My translation:
Conrat Weigell, so of Johann Weigel, deceased, married Lehna, daughter of the honorable, deceased Justi Leinweber on 9 October 1673.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @kcarter3829911,
First I would like to say that you did an excellent job of transcribing and translating a very difficult record with a mixture of both German and Latin.
Here is my transcription of the record:
Conrat Weigell, Hl [hochlöblich?] Johannis Weigels relictus filius celebravit nuptias cum Lehna weiland des ehrsamen Justi Leinweber alhier relicta filia die 9 Octobris.
Translation:
Conrat Weigell, left-behind [surviving] son of the praiseworthy Johannis Weigel celebrated marriage with Lehna, left-behind [surviving] daughter of the deceased honorable Justi Leinweber here, on the 9th day of October.
Comments: I concur with both your transcription and translation.
I am translating the phrase "relictus filius" as: left-behind [or surviving] son; and the phrase "relicta filia" as: left-behind [or surviving] daughter.
I don't see any word which explicitly states that the groom's father is deceased, but it can be surmised from the fact that the groom is identified as the left-behind son.
"Weiland" or "weÿland" means late or deceased, but where this word is placed in the record is odd to me. Obviously the bride's father is deceased since she is a left-behind daughter, so like you I placed the translated word "deceased" as a "lead-in" to the father's name.
