Translations, please

Translations from a book in the FHL for Bischmisheim: "Die Einwohner der ehe maligen Graftschaft Saarbrucken vor 1700." [943.42]

On my last visit to FHL, I scanned pages 220, 221 and 45 for the ancestry of Anna Margareta Klein, her parents, Klein grandparents and great-grandparents. Each page has a Note that it would be helpful to understand. I'll try to upload each of these pages plus the Abbreviations page. I have used Google Translate to try to decipher the Notes on these pages, but that has left a lot to be desired.

Her paternal lineage seems to be: Anna Margareta < Hans Klein < Nickel Klein < Hans Klein/Bohrer < Clesgin Ballierer/Bohrer.

1.  Translation of the Note on page 221, Family #807, Anna Margareta's birth family. The Note seems to be about an inheritance.
2. Translation of another Note on page 221 for Family #805, Anna's father Hans Klein's birth family (Nickel Klein). This note seems to be about House #16 being inherited by Anna Margareta (wife of Joannes Luck) and others.
3. Translation of the Note on page 45 for Family #83. This note seems to be about the first five children of Clesgin Ballierer/Bohrer selling their inheritance along with their brother Klein Hans. Perhaps it explains why Hans Klein (or Klein Hans) is considered part of this family. "Therefore presumably children of Clesgin."
4. There seems to be a surname change for Nickel Klein's father, Hans Klein/Bohrer, from surname Klein to surname Bohrer or surname Ballierer/Bohrer as evidenced by Family #803 on page 220 and Family #83 on page 45. Can any one explain that phenomenon?
5. I would appreciate translations of additional words or phrases from these pages:  "Förster zu Bischmisheim;" "noch unmundig;" "zwischen 1584 um 1607mehrfach erw."; "1542 auf 1/4 fl geschatzt;"
