suicidio, ertrunken in Rhein bei Mannheim geländet am 31 Mai bei Oppenheim

Translation:

Suicide, drowned in Rhein near Mannheim landed on May 31 near Oppenheim

Rhein is the Rhine River

Thank you! Unfortunately, he is not the first person in my lineage to commit suicide. Records are great, but they don't tell you the why.
