I am interested in looking at records for the following.

- Evangelische Kirche Alt Keer (Batschka) FamilySearch Catalog: Kirchenbuch, 1849-1944 — FamilySearch.org
The records are on microfilm but are not available through the Familysearch look up service because of restrictions. Other than paying to access them through Archion.de, are there any other sources for these records?

Other than traveling to the Family History Library, sending a friend to the FHL to browse the records for you, or paying to access the records through Archion.de, the only other option I can think of is to write to the archives (the archives FamilySearch got the records from are usually listed in the Notes section of the Catalog listing); that's usually a long and tedious process, though, and will quickly become much more expensive than using Archion, so I definitely recommend using Archion instead.
The Archion shop page (viewable after creating a login) shows various length options, including 1 month (20 Euro), 3 months, and 1 year. If you gather a thorough look-up list before getting a subscription, the 1-month pass might be enough to get you through your list.

A note of caution, the source for most if not all of Batschka (and potentially Slavonija) microfiche is the Archbishopric in Kalocsa, Hungary. These were handwritten copies of the original books which are housed in local archives, and the handwritten copies have been (at least in our limited circumstances) wrong on a couple entries. In addition to the local archives, at times there are family books compiled by Donau-Schwabischen descendants that have transcribed and put into family groups entire communities. This book might be worth a physical trip for you:

The Historical Archive in Novi Sad was founded in 1954 and has the status of an inter-municipal archive. It carries out its activities on the territory of nine municipalities, namely: Backa Palanka, Backi Petrovac, Beocin, Zabalj, Vrbas, Novi Sad, Sremski Karlovci, Temerin and Titel. Over 7,000 meters of archival material are kept in the depots of the Historical Archive of the City of Novi Sad. The documents are located within 914 funds and collections and cover the period from the middle of the 18th century to the present day. These documents contain data on the development of the City and its surroundings, as well as individual bodies and organizations, legal and natural persons from the following places: Banoštor, Bačka Palanka, Bački Jarak, Bački Petrovac, Bački Dobro Polje, Begeč, Beočin, Budisava, Bukovac, Despotova, Futoga, Gajdobre, Gardinovaca, Gložana, Gospodjinaca, Kaća, Kisača, Kovilja, Kucura, Kulpina, Ledinaca, Loka, Luga, Maglića, Mladenova, Mošorina, Neština, Nove Gajdobre, Obrovac, Paraga, Paragova, Petnicaradinava , Ravno Selo, Rumenka, Savino Selo, Silbas, Sirig, Sremska Kamenica, Sremski Karlovci, Stara Palanka, Stepanoviceva, Susek, Svilos, Temerin, Titel, Tovarisheva, Veternik, Vilova, Vrbas, Zmajevo, Sajkas, Djurdjev, Djurdjev, Cedjev Cerevic, Cortanovci, Curug and Zablja.
The archival material kept in the Historical Archive of the City of Novi Sad can be researched by any adult citizen under the conditions determined by the Decision on the use of archival material in the Historical Archive of the City of Novi Sad. All archival material for which information resources have been prepared is available for research. Unorganized, diseased archival material for which no copy has been made and material whose use has been restricted by the creator or legal successor when handing over the material to the archive are not available. The Historical Archive of the City of Novi Sad issues photocopies or scanned copies of documents. Scanned documents can be obtained printed in A4 format or digitized and recorded on CD or DVD.

The Slavonija records for Vinkovci and Vinkovačko Novo Selo are likely here since it is the Evangelische records and not the Catholic ones (which are likely still with the diocese):
