translate Cyrillic for address's
I have started to research my heritage with my grandparents, I have some info that leads me to believe my grandfather was born in 1909 in Rovno, Poland, which turned to Rivne, Ukraine, any help translating these envelopes for Eastern European address's would be greatly appreciated, please see attached, thanking you in advance.
