Hello Leslie,
this is apparently the heading of an index over the names of children baptized in the years 1817 to 1819. The text is:
Alphabetical index
of all fathers of the children born in the years 1817, 1818 and 1819 and included in the above church book, together with the names given to them at baptism. -
(NB. In the case of illegitimate children, where the father has not been indicated, the name of the mother is used.)
