Don't Understand the form

Can you make out what is being shown in each of these columns. This is supposed to be funerals. This isn't set up like and death or funeral record I have encountered so far. THANKS

In my understanding this is a list of births or baptisms: in the left column are the parents, in the center the child (sometimes with the abbreviation Inf. = infans, child), and in the right column the sponsors.
