I just looked at the Suederstapel records on Archion and the surname is spelled ODEFEY.

On the 14 Nov 1845 died and buried on the 20 Nov 1845 was Jürgen VOLCKERTS, husband, in Seeth He was married once to the surviving widow Wiebke nee ODEFY. He had two living children: 1. Johann and 2. Frauke. He was 60 years old.
