Would anyone be able to help me with translating this marriage record of my 5th great-grandparents?

Based on your description I assume you are referring to the topmost left entry; if not let me know.

Here is what I get out of it:

"L’an mil huit cent vingt trois le neuf février à midi nous Ambroise Drexler maire officier de l’état civil de la commune de Bourgfelder, arrondissement d’Altkirch, département de Haut Rhin…qu’il y a promesse de mariage entre Chrétien Lauber cultivateur âgé de vingt sept ans fils de feus Abraham et de Barbe Zimmermann en leur vivant conjoints de [Derslonges?] de ce lieu d’une; et de Madelaine Zimmermann agée de vingt cinq ans fille de feu Chrétien et d’Elisabeth Konig domicilée en ce lieu d’autre part laquelle seconde publication …."

"The year 1823 the 9th of February at noon, we Ambroise Drexler mayor, civil registrar, of the commune of Bourgfelder, arrondissement of Altkirch, department of Haut-Rhin...[legalese]...that there is a promise of marriage between Chrétien Lauber, farmer, aged 27, son of the late Abraham and of Barbara Zimmermann, in their lifetime spouses of [Derslonges? I can't read this] of this place on one [part], and Madelaine Zimmermann aged 25 daughter of the late Chrétien and of Elisabeth Konig residing in this place on the other part, of which the second publication [legalese about publication of banns]"

So note this is the record of one of the times banns of this marriage were published, not the actual marriage record. If you find their marriage record the commune the Laubers were living in might be more legible on it.
