Are you referring to the Archive of the Oblast of Arkhangelsk in Arkhangelsk, Russia? If so, I was not aware that they now have a digital archive. That's exciting news.
If they do, you might have better luck posting your question on this Russian genealogy Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/169714816510441/. It's a Russian language group, but you can use Google Translate to help you post your question and see any answers you might receive.

good afternoon, tell me what information is needed from the Arkhangelsk archive. I will try to help in finding the necessary documents. There are indeed problems with the Archive, but this area was included at different times in different provinces and volosts, perhaps the information is in other archives.
