The spouses provided baptism records from the parish of Sant'Ulderico. The parents of the groom consented to the marriage (the bride was of age and did not require parental consent). The bride and the groom's mother did not sign the record because they were illiterate.

Correct. The marriage record would be a separate document. Based on the allegati package on Antenati, it would be marriage #8 in 1877. FamilySearch should have it.
Also, the Publication Allegati are available. Starting on p. 61 of 116. It has baptismal extracts for the spouses.
