Correct translation for Birth Certificate Joannes Franciscus DE WAELE?

Hello, I am looking for the birth certificate of the father of Emmanuel DE WAELE GD36-51K

His parents, Joannis DE WAELE and Marie Joanne DE MEULEMEESTER, appear on his birth certificate (Elsegem, 1771): https://www.familysearch.org/records/images/image-details?(place=420629&page=2&rmsId=TH-909-81600-88621-1&imageIndex=793&singleView=tru

(on the right page, in the middle).

Arnoldus et Joanna Theresia DEWAELE are the witnessses, but I don't know exactly how they are related to Emmanuel.

I am quite sure it says Joannis Franciscus DE WAELE, and it seems that his father is Arnoldi DE WAELE. I believe it matches with the dates as in 1771 Joannis would become a father, and I have been looking all the birth registers from 1745 to 1752 and this one seems to be the one I am looking for.

 Could anyone confirm me the following data:

.Correct name new born: Joannis Franciscus? Francies?

.Month: October? (it would be 26th october 1750).

. Fahter's name: Do you read Arnoldi DE WAELE?

. Mother's name: Do you read Maria Catherine MALDERS?

. I don't know what it says on the last line, are there anymore names?

I think the last sentence reads the witnesses. I would think that Malders is to be read as Mulders.

Father Arnoldi De Waele, dates are correct. One witness is Joes(Joannes)-(??) (iye).The latter witness is Petronella De Waele.

So, i would suggest to give Mulders a try.
