Are there searchable records for Falcone in Sicily?
Ciao! My great great grandparents Sebastiano D'Amico L1P4-RHY and his wife Nicolina Fama L1P4-BMV were born in Falcone Sicily. I have not been able to find any records relating to either of them and I am trying to trace this branch of my family back further. Any suggestiions?

For 1866 onwards, indeed, it appears there are no online records to speak of! The only option will be to request birth/marriage/death certificates from the comune of Falcone directly, or to consult records in-person on-site, both much easier said than done unfortunately!
Prior to 1857, Falcone was part of the comune of Oliveri, so for the period 1820-1857, you can also look at Oliveri records: https://www.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/search-registry/?localita=Oliveri
There's a good chance if you search the Oliveri marriages in the 1840s and 1850s, you will find your ancestors' marriage records and hence parents' names! If I have time today, I'd be happy to look through those myself.
For anything older than 1820, it's exclusively church records, only consultable on-site with special permission, again easier said than done!

UPDATE: I started searching the Oliveri records, and found a marriage of your ancestors Salvatore D'Amico with Nicolina Fama, both residents of Falcone. See: https://www.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/detail-registry/?s_id=386344 on page 3.
If you look at the birth record for Paola D'Amico (born 20 Aug 1857 according to your tree), her father is actually Salvatore not Sebastiano. See: https://www.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/detail-registry/?s_id=366567 page 10.

Paola's birth record has very poor handwriting. It appears to say:
... appeared Salvatore D'Amico, age 34, [profession illegible but probably bracciale=laborer], resident in Falcone, on street [illegible], presented a baby girl ... born to Nicolina Fama, age 34, resident in Falcone, and to the declarant, on 20 Aug 1857 ... whom they named Paola
... baptized in Furnari on 22 Aug 1857
