30th November 1667 - Thomas Philbrick, Jr. of Hampton, with ye free consent of wife Anne, for 5 pounds, conveyed to Joseph Dow of Hampton, 5 acres of salt marsh with one arce allowance for creeks and ponds, which six acres lie in Hampton on ye south side of ye falls river, being part of the farm granted to Mr. Steven Batcheller by Hampton and sometime in the possession of Mr. John Wheelwright, bounded by John Brown, grantor, John Cass, and Ralfe Hall ; also, 10 acres of upland in Hampton, alos, 10 acres of upland in Hampton, an addition to said farm bounded by Edward Goue, Nathanial Wear, Thomas Philbrick, a common highway and land laid out to Mr. John Wheelwright, april 10, 1667.
