Navajo Research
Is there somewhere members of the Navajo nations were documented? Perhaps something similar to a census?

I've had a great amount of success on Ancestry finding my Uintah Ute family in the Indian Census Rolls. You can find the ICR by going to the Search page and on the right under Featured data collections you will see US Indian Census Rolls, 1885-1940. Click on that and it will take you to another Search page. You can fill out the search form or go straight to the records by going to Browse this collection on the right and scroll down through the Jurisdiction pull down. You can also use the search in Ancestry button in FamilySearch to find documents for a person from their profile.

Thanks for this information. I am currently working on my husbands family history. I will be sure to check this.
