1) Josef (Josefa in the record) Vodrvarka and Dorthy daughter of Mateje Vanaska
2) The first letter is difficult but I am thinking it is is is Bawdy or Pawdy.
3) Priest is Leonard ____herr, witnesses Voyteck, Jaros and Josef Makousek or Makousek
