Unable to search records

Hi, I've just logged in as normal, and find that I'm unable to search records. It just comes up with a "We can't seem to find the page you're looking for" message. Any ideas, please. Thank you.

Just tried myself and getting a similar message. I suspect there is a technical glitch. There have been updates to Community and other changes today so the system may not have settled down yet.

I suggest trying again later. If still stuck feel free to repost here.
