St Pancras, Tottenham, London ,Where can I find birth records for this place?
I am looking for the birth of Robert Hausmann November 1905, His parents are Jean Hausmann and his mother Louise Labbé (born Françoise Sophie Labbé). Robert died in France in Cantal on November 15, 1990, I can show you the document I have of his birth which is not specifically his birth record but has all the data so that they can help me.

For births in England, there is a two-step process to find the birth certificate. First, you must find the Index, and then you can order the original.
There are many websites where you can search for the Indexes, but the best is perhaps the website of the General Record Office, the archive that owns the records. I searched on their website and found a birth record for Robert Hausmann, mother's maiden name Labbe, St Pancras, 1st Quarter of 1906. Note that this is the date when the birth was registered, and parents were allowed to register a birth up to 42 days later, so this is consistent with a November 1905 birthdate.
The next step is the order a copy of the original record. This was contain the exact day, name of the father and place of birth. You should do this on the website of the General Record Office (https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/login.asp). Start by searching for Robert Hausmann, and you'll find the Index that I found. Then you be able to order a copy of the original, which will cost you 11 pounds.
If you don't want to pay for the original birth certificate, there are other options. Firstly, you could find a baptism record. Secondly, the census, held in every year ending in "1", has a lot of information. You can find both sources sometimes at FamilySearch for free, or from subscription websites such as Ancestry.com, which most public libraries have access to.
