Translation help, birth Stigliano, Matera, Itayl
I am looking for a translation of the document on the right side for Francesco Magariello (Gorgoglione, Matera, Italy, Nati 1870, Image 11,document # 29. It is necessary to be in a Family History Center or the Family History Library to read this document. The entire document does not need translated but just the information about Francesco. I would especially like to know the meaning of the 1866 written on the top of the document as the family had a child Francesco born 29 Mar 1866.

It doesn't say 1866, those are just the tails looping over on the letters "d" in the words addi dodici.
On 12 Apr 1870, Giuseppe Magariello, son of Vincenzo, age 50, carpenter, presented a male baby born at 4am on 11 Apr to (I assume his wife, it doesn't say) Annagnese Berardi, daughter of deceased Gerardo, age 40, lady of the house who lives with him, in their house located on Strada Russe #11, given the name Francesco.
The margin annotation says he married on 18 Oct 1901 in Stigliano to Laura Larosa. It was actually in 1900 though. Here is the record (#42).
