I am trying to help a friend qualify for duel Italian citizenship. I have researched and found all of the pertinent qualifying information however am stuck at trying to get the one last required document which is the birth record for: Enrico Giovani TOCCALINE, born 4 April 1894 in Bornasco, Pavia, Lombardia, Italy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate and thank you so much for your help, I had not found that link. After doing a thorough search I am convinced the person in questions birth record was never recorded with the Civil Registry. Now I need to determine which local parish might have them. Take care and happy hunting!
