Can you give this patron advice on where to look?
This new member has several questions. I know most of our experts help with translation and where to find/search for records. Can you help @compassionate get started? See below:
I could use help in locating the birth record for Francesco Antonio DeNigris born in Diano (Teggiano) Italy, as it is known now. There are missing records of birth, marriage or death registeries for the town of Diano has years missing from its database. I would appreciate if someone could find the birth record for him.
If there is also any kind of family census record as well on Francesco DeNigris who married Filomena Manzolillo in 1864 and had children. I don't know how many they had. I found records on 4 of 5 kids born to them. I think there were possibly more. Two of the children died as babies. Two went to the U.S.another one might've stayed in Teggianno. Don't know.
I heard stories that two of Francesco's sons went to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Don't know their names or when they immigrated. Would love to know if someone could find the immigration record for the sons who went to Buenos Aires, Argentina. The name could possibly have been changed from DeNigris to DiNigres or someone other spelling, possibly. The town they would have left from should be Teggiano or Diano depending on when they left Italy for Argentina. It would be a big help if someone could help me with this. Thank you.

Italian stato di famiglia records are actually quite rare prior to 1900. I highly doubt any such records still exist at the comune. In any case, none are online for Teggiano. I have zero experience with Argentine research, so I can't help you there I'm afraid.
It's always much easier to do genealogy backwards in time rather than forwards. All you can do is search the marriage, death records of Teggiano from the late 1800s to early 1900s and see if/where the different children are mentioned. There is no real easy way to trace descendants, compared to tracing ancestors.
Moving on to your main question:
Francesco Antonio was born in Teggiano on 4 Oct 1836. I know this because his marriage record actually has the birthdate on it. It's rare for marriage records to actually include an exact birthdate, so this works out nicely for you.
Unfortunately, as you know, the birth records for 1836 and the processetti records for 1865 are missing, so actually viewing the original record will be impossible.
Unfortunately, civil record loss is a fact of life, and it's normal to have to work around occasional missing years of records. Normally, using other records, we can establish our family lines regardless. In any case, a 2nd copy of the civil records exists at the comune, which is the official copy that is used by the comune officials to issue birth/marriage/death certificates. It may be possible to request certificates for any ancestors of interest to you, but this is normally not useful.
Looking at your tree on FamilySearch, you definitely know what you are doing, so keep it up! Don't forget to look at processetti records for not just your ancestors' marriages but also their siblings and even their male-line cousins (since processetti sometimes give information on the paternal grandfather).
