How to submit names for ordinances when the birth and death places were not recorded in the jiapu?

Hi all, I am currently doing family history for the 封 family from 广西容县。Records for the male lines are complete with all necessary information, but the wives don't have full names, neither birth nor death locations. How can I submit these names for temple ordinances? Thank you advance for your help!

You don't need full names for ordinances. You can enter their last name only. Birth or death location can be as simple as China and you should be able to still print out the cards.
