May I have this birth record translated please?
Especially the mother's name and age - is it Anne Marie Mundwiller age 25?; and the relationship of Joseph Jordan to the mother in this birth record - was he the mother's father or grandfather? Thank you much.

I am not sure why answers disappear but I have found myself that if I post something it will not show or open until I reopen the site.

Well, I discovered that the answers had not disappeared but that the question is posted more than once and I had answered in a previous post. This makes one confused.

Thank you Ameliaamouroux and LWhitehead56 for looking at these two birth records.
I really did not post the same record twice.
These are the birth records of, I think, twins; so they are very similar.
I didn't think you wanted both records on the same discussion; so I posted them separately.
I think Baltasar was born 7 January 1827; and his twin brother was born 9 January 1827.
There are slight differences in the two records, and I was hoping for an accurate translation so that I could distinguish between these two births. The biggest difference seems to be the mother's name; Anne Marie in Balthasar's record and Maria Anne in Joseph's record. Is this the same mother of twins or actually two different mothers living in the same house? I am not familiar enough with this language and customs of the time to have a correct understanding. I appreciate your looking at this.

I´m sorry, i think Hello, it is likely that you are looking for two different people but the link takes me to the same record that begins on one page and continues on the next. Many records have two dates, the date of birth and the date of registration.
You may be able to get a better translation in the French-speaking group? I understand so much and put my will but I really speak Spanish... :(
Good luck with that. Please check out the links!

Oh, I thought this was the French-speaking group. I will try to repost on the French-speaking group.
Yes, both birth records begin on page 212; and the second birth continues on page 213.
