Please help with Hungarian or Latin translation
Hello, I need help translating (Hungarian or Latin) the comments (last box on page) on this marriage record for Joseph Schwartzbacher alias Chudik and Petronilla Spissak dated 25 May 1873. It is the last entry (7) on bottom of page, from Cirkevna Matrika, Item #2, Manzelstva 1868-1909, 1941, from film #005016640, image 338. I can only make out the first word "Defensor", the handwriting is difficult and I am still new to reading the old records. I really appreciate any and all translation help.

First of all: I am sorry for my poor English...
The comment is:
"Defender of the home country (soldier), foot soldier in the Nr. 53 Batallion of Zólyom (called Zvolen today in Slovakia) located in County Bars. He joined the forces on 20 February 1875.
The permission for getting married was provided by right of order Nr 2600 of the Hungarian Royal Ministry of Defense issued in 1870."
Hope, could help.

Thank you Cindy for putting my post where it should be and for the instructions on "How To". Hopefully someone can help me. Thanks again, Donna

So Mr. Schwartzbacher was a soldier in Zólyom city Bars county 53rd infantry and by law 2600/1870 they were allowed to marry.

I amend to Mr. Ecseki's comment, that "defensor patriae" - defender of the home country - is used for the soldier in the record. It does not change the main point, just a nicer expression for soldier.

Thank you both for your translation help! Is there any other information in the comments? I almost hate to ask but...is it possible for you to write out and translate what is actually written so I can add the words to my translation lists. This could possibly help me read these documents better, though sometimes I can't even tell when a word ends or starts:/ I appreciate all the help you all have been doing for everyone:)
