Bonsoir, I would like to be sure I am understanding this 1851 Altenstadt census for Jean Hertel and

Catherine Hertel who I believe is Jean's aunt (his father's sister) and she is also listed as the propriétaire ?? According to the column headings she is not a member of the same household but would I read it as she is living in the house and is an owner with Jean Hertel ???

For me Catherine was the owner (given her age) and lived in a separate apartment from Jean's.
