Ryan,
Jiapu (family records) are specific to a village. If available, zupu (clan) genealogy books become more generalized family/clan lineages for a district/township, county, or province. This is why the name of the ancestral village & its location, where you maybe able to find a village genealogy book.
The ancestral village name expressed both in traditional & simplified Chinese characters - most map websites will only search on simplified characters:
廣東省 台山市 沖蔞鎭官竇鄉 鳳朝里
广东省 台山市 冲蒌鎭 官窦乡 凤朝里
Here is the map location of the Wu/Ng ancestral village:
Here is a YouTube link that will help you with your research:

Hi Ryan,
Let me add emphasis to what my good friend, Henry Tom, has already told you. He is exactly right, the key to finding your family record book is to find it at your ancestral village, if the village still retains it. That gives you the greatest chance of finding the jiapu or zupu that includes your great grandfather and his lineage.
In the case of your 伍 wu/ng ancestor, you have a good start because you have the name of the ancestral village, 鳳朝里. Henry has been kind enough to locate this village for you on Google Maps. If you do not have the name of the village, it becomes a daunting task to find the village. If you look at the village database maintained by the Friends of Roots program, villagedb.friendsofroots.org, it lists 385 Wu/Ng villages in Taishan and this is probably not all-inclusive. I have searched through the FamilySearch China Collection of Genealogies and searching by the Wu/Ng surname in Guangdong, I get a dozen hits. However, none of these genealogies are from Taishan, let alone your village. Therefore, your best bet is to arrange a visit to your village to see if they have the family book. Henry has a great program to facilitate your visit, should you want to go.
Regarding your 陳 Chen/Chin ancestor, you do not mention a village name. The village database lists 425 Chen/Chin villages in Taishan, so if you do not know the village name, you have some work to do to narrow the possibilities. My maternal grandfather happens to be a Chen/Chin from Taishan. I have his village family book and have collected a handful of other Chen/Chin genealogies from the area. I can share scanned copies with you if you wish, but again, it would not likely include your close ancestors if the genealogies I have are not from your village or surrounding vicinity.

Thank you everyone! This is so helpful!
My Grandmother's (陈爱贞) town she was from was 朝中村. This could be where her parents (my Great grandparents are from as well.) They are right next to each other!
@anthonyrobertking1 anthonyrobertking1 Do you by chance have any records from that village?
