I would appreciate assistance in translating this German death record.
I have attempted to translate this death record using Google Translation, but I would appreciate someone experienced in translating German documents to make sure I have done the translation correctly. I am especially interested in the exact spelling of the Switzerland birthplace listed in the document. Thank you very much.

Translation:
In München on 23 July 1927 appeared before the undersigned civil registrar the--according to his military passport acknowledged identity--iron turner Karl Koch, residing in München at Preysingstraße 68, and declared that Selina Westermeier née Aebli, age 64, residing of München at Walserstraße 7, born in Näfels*, Kanton Glarus, Switzerland, married to former musician Eugen Westermeier, residing in München,
died in München at Walserstraße 7 on 23 July 1927 in the morning at 5:30. The informant declared that he saw the dead body.
Read aloud, approved, and signed: Karl Koch
Representing the civil registrar: Wagner.
The above photocopy is confirmed to match the original; stamped in München on 6 May 1920.
There's also a handwritten note at the bottom: Beyern Kathol[isch] 18 Oct. '62 Paralis. cord.--perhaps this is referring to her husband's death? Searching for "paralis cord" brings up information about vocal cord paralysis, which could fit with his being a former musician.
*The Register of Swiss Surnames is a very helpful tool when figuring out Swiss surnames and places; searching for the surname Aebli brings up a list of towns this surname is found in, including Näfels.
