Can someone please translate this. It's for Anna Maria Geiser, 1847, pdf 13, image pg 16, #80.

My issue is I already have an Anna Maria Geiser, born to Johannes and Anna Barbara. I haven't seen any indication she died, which I would assume would be why they'd name another child the same. But this might say something else, too.

#80 christened Nov 14th a legitimate Anna Maria, born 29 October last name Geiser

Parents: Johann David Geiser, son of Jakob "des Barnfuhrmanns in Langenthal", Anna Barbara Wirth from Ursenbach, married 28 March 1845

witnesses: Samuel Schütz from Ursenbach, Maria Müschthaler maiden name from Bollodingen, Barbara Geiser, father's sister.

 

Incidentally, it is not unusual for couples to give the same name to several children, even if they [or several of them] lived.
