Can someone help me to translate?
Hi Friends,
I have the attached baptismal record of my great grandmother. I know her mother's name is Irene Kowej. I am having trouble to read the heading and the listing of the names to understand the father's name and if there is any grandparents' names listed. I would also love to know if there is a city name.
Thanks to anyone, in advance, who has the language skills to help me. I appreciate it so much.

There is no information in the column for the father because the child is illegitimate. It does provide the names of the mother's parents and it looks like it may contain a town name too. It looks like the grandmother's name is Maria, and they are from Sklãdiste. I believe it may also include the grandmother's maiden name and possibly an occupation. But it's a little small to read -- could you please include a link to the original record online so we can zoom in and take a better look?

Irene Kowej's father in this record is recorded as: "Onuphrii Kowej". Given that this record is written in Latin, the double "i" on the end of the name is likely a Latin grammatical case ending. The father's first name is likely: Onuphrius. This was the name of a saint who lived as a hermit in the desert of Upper Egypt in the 4th or 5th centuries.
Irene's mother's name is difficult to read as Stephanie Bradshaw previously stated. I tentatively read Irene's mother's name as: Maria Belunda?
FYI: I don't know if you have access to Ancestry. I found four family trees for this couple in Ancestry's "Public Member Trees" database. None of the trees are very well sourced. Here is the link to the tree which provided the most information:

I agree with the other translations offered above--the rest of the entry says they were farmers from Skladiste.
