So who in ward leadership is able to see the report? I am a ward consultant (I used to be a stake one and could access the report, but not now). Thank you

FHAR access: The bishopric plus ward council (all presidents of organizations), plus counselors in the EQ and RS presidencies, plus the TFH leader (if called). The TFH leader or EQ counselor should make it available to the ward consultants, on a regular basis.
