Standardization of Townland names on FamilySearch
I am perplexed about entering townland names as standardized places on FamilySearch. When I enter them some come up as standardized, but most do not. I know I can write through 'Feedback' and ask FamilySearch to add them. Has anyone done that? I am wondering if I can give them an entire list of names of townlands that I am using or if I can just connect them to the thousands of townland names in Ireland? Any ideas or experiences with this?

Has anyone done that? ... 'Yes', some for Ireland; but, many for England.
.
Entire list of names of Townlands ... 'Yes' you could; and, I would.
[ But, through their "E-mail" Address = placefeedback@familysearch.org ]
.
Are you aware of the 'Group' being "FamilySearch Places" in the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum?
https://community.familysearch.org/s/group/0F93A000000DIHfSAO/familysearch-places
.
I usually do request mine, to be added, to the "Place Names" Database in 'FamilySearch", through there; but, individually.
.
But ...
That said ...

In "Bulk" would be a different story - the "Authorities Team" may need MORE Volunteers (I would certainly put my hand up to offer my time).
.
Just my thoughts.

Although the spelling of a particular Townlands can vary considerably, particularly over time, there is a relatively commonly accepted set of spellings for Townlands today captured at https://www.townlands.ie/
