You'll probably want to check the birth/christening records for the place Isaac was born, if you know that. I think I found the marriage record you're talking about, and it says Isaac was "of this Parish", which could either mean he was born in Leeds or currently living in Leeds. That being said, people did not usually move far from their place of birth in those days, so it is entirely possible that he was born in Leeds, and that is where you'll want to try to find him in the birth/christening records. It would also be helpful to know, or at least have an estimate, of what year he was born, so you can narrow your search further.
At this point, finding what looks like the best match for his parents will be educated guesswork, as there will not really be documentation that definitively links an Isaac Medley born to certain parents to the Isaac Medley who married Ann Hargrave. But that is the nature of family history, especially this far back. Sometimes it's enough to say you found something that is such a good match that it is reasonable to assume it's accurate.
One thing you can do is try to find parents who match the names of any of Isaac's and Ann's children. In England, parents often named their children after adult family members such as grandparents, aunts, and uncles. It makes family trees really confusing sometimes, but also conveniently serves as a good piece of evidence to link people together. It is also possible that Isaac himself was named after his father, which was also common practice. So I would be on the lookout for any Medley parents who share names with Isaac or any of his children.
I hope that helps!

That's wonderful! Unfortunately I can't seem to access those images outside of a family history library, so I can't take a look at them myself. But I'm glad you found something!

Hello
I live in the city of Leeds and think the area of Leeds you refer to as Beestow, should be Beeston.

Amazing that you live there. It is Beeston, thank you. I am helping a historian doing the geneology from an English man that was born in Leeds and lived in Portugal and was an important person in Lisbon city. There is a road with his name Zé Inglês (Joseph English).

Hello
I have found a marriage for an Isaac Medley and Ann Hargrave. I attach a screen capture of this marriage record. I have also found a family in the 1841 Census for an Isaac Medley. However, his wife does not appear on this Census, but I did find a death record for a Ann Hargrave for the year 1839. I attach these documents also. My thanks, Elder Beck.
