You should be aware that, some (maybe, many) Users/Patrons DO NOT use a "Third Party" Application, such as "Family Tree Maker", with 'FamilySearch'.

BOTH, programmes are constantly changing/evolving.

Question:

Are you using the latest version of "Family Tree Maker"?
.
Have you tried contacting "Family Tree Maker" directly to see if there has been any change in the interface between, 'FamilySearch'; and, "Family Tree Maker", that may cause the problem/issue you are experiencing?

Are you using the latest versions of, both, the "Browser(s)", you are using; and, the "Operating System", in your Computer?

I used my family tree maker on Ancestry ,added 1200 names, then they charged me a fee, went to use discs and they were blank. I was very angry.

I don't understand. I sync between FTM and Ancestry 7,000 names every day. I missed my renewal day with Ancestry and need to rejoin before the 23rd, but that shouldn't affect Family Search.
