Pretty sure this is the Noah Martin on the sampler. He has no parents or siblings on FS, but here is his Find-a-Grave that lists his siblings Anna and Jesse with matching birth years: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/24282802/noah-g.-martin

Oof, extra bonus tricky is right!

 

I tried Googling the file name, but I didn't see this particular sampler come up, just pages and images and tartans for the Scottish Clan Wier.

 

I'll keep looking at this image until my eyes hurt and see if I can figure anything out.

Okay, I haven't really been able to find anything on FS.

 

But I can tell you that that first line in the list of births looks like it says "Jacob Wier Born June 6, 1783". (I could not find him in FS.)
