On Ancestry.com, I can see that there are a couple of write-ups about him, but they are 'private,' so you'll need to ask permission to see them from Mary Stuart Fain and Timothy McCrohan. Do you know them?
I doubt you'll be able to find the citations for his air medals online, unless a family member has uploaded them. That would certainly be valuable information.
