Need help with birth record

I'd appreciate any help with deciphering a birth record. I can manage the dates, but need help with the names. The record is # 183 here:

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSM4-492N-J?i=999&cat=1107447

It looks like the surname of the daughter + parents is Łysy (Лысы), and the daughter's first name is "Michalina". But I'd like confirmation of that, along with the other names.

Thank you!

-Ray

    Hi Ray!

Yes, you are correct. The name of the daughter is Michalina (Михалина) and the names of the parents are Nikolai/Nicholai (Николая - genitive, compare to the more clearly written Nikolai found on image 1001, entry 187, father - not sure why there is the weird squiggle above the a, but I can't think of any other possible name). The mother is Krystina (Крыстины - genitive). See this link for spelling. The mother's maiden name looks like Roslik (Росликовъ -genitive).

Thanks again Ellie! This is the birth record of a great-aunt who I never even knew existed until a few days ago!

I appreciate your help with deciphering these records. I'm getting better at it but I get tripped up sometimes when a priest's handwriting is unfamiliar.

If only they had typewriters back then. ;)

No problem! You are doing great :)

Oh, it would be wonderful if they had typewriters! Or even better pens would help haha.
