Are you talking about/referring to "Temple" Work that is already "Completed"?
.
IF, the answer is, 'Yes'; THEN, ...
.
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch':
.
Can I find out who completed the temple ordinance for my ancestors?
.
And, here is an Article in the 'FamilySearch' "Wiki":
.
Temple Records of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
.
I hope these help,
.
Of course, you can always submit a 'Support' Case, requesting such information; but, even doing so, does not guarantee that you will get a successful outcome.

While in the persons record in FamilySearch click on Ordinances. It will show who submitted the name. You can contact the person by clicking on their name (it's shows up as blue). You can then send a message to the person who did the submittal. Hope this helps.

You are correct; but, ...
.
Your reference ONLY applies to "Temple" Work that is NOT "Completed".
[ ie. "Requested" / "In Progress" / "Shared with the Temple System" / etc ]
.
That is WHY I asked the 'Question": Are you talking about/referring to "Temple" Work that is already "Completed"?
.
I have an 'inkling' that 'Noeline' was asking about/referring to Work that is already "Completed".
.
Of course, I could be wrong.

Hi all,
Sorry I wasn't specific with my question, but I wanted to know once the ordinance was completed. Are we able to find out who had submitted that name to the temple.
A friend of mine wanted to do work for her family, but has realized someone has already done them (ordinance was complete) she's the only member and wants to get in touch with them as they might know her family or could be a close relative.
I just wanted to help her out. Sorry for the confusion.
Thank you
