Missing Scans?
The birth record for Gunhild Olsdatter Tangvold born 1806 in Søgne, Vest-Agder, Norway has been extracted:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:N49X-Z8R?from=lynx1UIV7&treeref=MTB7-62Y
The extraction notes there is an image available for viewing at a Family History Center. The film number shows in the FamilySearch catalog as being films of:
Døpte b. 7 1791-1820
Døpte Kl.b. 6 1779-1787 1789-1802
Døpte Kl.b. 9 1821-1838
Going to the Digitalarkivet,
I cannot find any birth records for 1806 or the surrounding years.
Am I overlooking something? Can anyone find these birth records?

This doesn't answer your question but you might be interested in the information from an online bygdebok for the Søgne clerical district. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:2:3G7V-8CV

Thanks! I didn't know that particular Bygdebok had been indexed. That will be a good starting point for information about the family.
Unfortunately, an index of the Bygdebok is one step away further away from the actual parish record than the Bygdebok itself and can worsen errors that are in the Bygdebok.
I have seen situations where some part of a microfilm got missed when the Norwegian archive posted them all online. Other times, their usually excellent table of contents missed a section. I'll probably need to drop by my local center this week and see what the indexed record is linked to as an image then, if it really is there, see if I can find it on the archive's site. If it does exist on FamilySearch and not at the archives, I'll let the archives know.

The extracted record refers to FHL microfilm 127464 (Døpte Kl.b. 6 1779-1787 1789-1802). I didn't see a corresponding record at DigitalArkivet, but the images should be available at a family history center.

Thanks for your reply. The catalog number, as noted above actually refers to:
Døpte b. 7 1791-1820
Døpte Kl.b. 6 1779-1787 1789-1802
Døpte Kl.b. 9 1821-1838
I have been able to find these parish registers at Digitalarkivet, but the versions there don't include birth records for about 1790 through 1820. I will have to get to the FHC this week and compare the two version of the microfilm. Occasionally some portions of the Digitalarkivet's posting don't make it into their table of contents, mainly when the book jumps around some.
I was hoping someone would see where in the Digitalarkivet scans the correct birth record pages might be hiding and that I was missing something obvious.
